H Mar-Bella Collection αναζητά Guest Relations Agentγια τη σεζόν 2025για το ξενοδοχείο MarBella στην Κέρκυρα.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Έλεγχος της λίστας αφίξεων για την υποδοχή των πελατών
  • Φροντίδα πελατών ειδικών κατηγοριών (π.χ. VIP) και απαντήσεις στα ερωτήματά τους
  • Παροχή βοήθειας στην προετοιμασία φακέλων με ενημερωτικό υλικό (π.χ., μενού υπηρεσίας δωματίου, περιγραφές χώρων κτλ.)
  • Παροχή πληροφοριών για τις ανέσεις, την περιοχή και τους χώρους και προώθηση υπηρεσιών
  • Πρόβλεψη των αναγκών των πελατών και δημιουργία καλής σχέσης με αυτούς
  • Παροχή υποστήριξης σε ορισμένες εργασίες (π.χ., επιβεβαίωση ταξιδιωτικών διευθετήσεων, λήψη μηνυμάτων)
  • Αντιμετώπιση παραπόνων των πελατών και διαβίβασή τους στον Guest Relations Manager, εφόσον είναι απαραίτητο
  • Καθημερινή καταγραφή πληροφοριών στο ημερολόγιο
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τα πρότυπα υγείας και ποιότητας

  • Εξαιρετικές δυνατότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου
  • Εξαιρετικές δυνατότητες διαχείρισης πελατών
  • Εστίαση στον πελάτη και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας κάτω από πίεση
  • Ευελιξία διαχείρισης πολλαπλών και διαφορετικών επαγγελματικών καταστάσεων
Requirements
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως Guest Relation Officer
  • Εξοικείωση με τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχειακού κλάδου
  • Γνώση Η/Υ και Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Γνώση του προγράμματος Fidelio
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (Η γνώση και άλλων ξένων γλωσσών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν)
  • Πτυχίο BA/BSc στη Διαχείριση και Διοίκηση Μονάδων Φιλοξενίας θα προτιμηθεί
