Für unseren Standort Avedo Thessaloniki suchen wir dich als Customer Support (m/w/d) German in Teilzeit / Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • telefonischer und schrfitlicher Kundenservice
  • Customer Support bei unterschiedlichen Anliegen, abhängig vom Projekt
  • Beratung zu Produkten des Auftraggebers
  • zufriedene Kunden, die gern wieder anrufen
  • Sach- und Nachbereitung der Telefonate

Dein Profil

  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) von Vorteil
  • idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • ausgeprägte Servicementalität
  • Leidenschaft für Kundenkommunikation und Freude am Telefonieren
  • hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
