KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor Fraud alerts and immediately take necessary actions to protect customers and the company from fraudulent Merchant Acquiring activity.
  • Analyze transactional behavior through large historical data and identify fraud patterns. Be able to combine data from various sources.
  • Provide advice and education to merchants on proper card acceptance and fraud prevention best practices.
  • Identify the false positive alerts and suggest ways to improve the performance of the fraud rules.
  • Contribute to the creation of fraud rules by providing analytical data to support decisions.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Finance/Economics or Positive Sciences/Technology or Engineering.
  • Fluent verbal and written English.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of the Cards Payments Industry, acceptance, and processing of cards transactions through POS terminals and eCommerce a plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
