CAR RENTAL STATION MANAGER | ΑΘΗΝΑ

Ο Όμιλος Leonessa Group S.A., με πάνω από 20 χρόνια επιτυχημένης δραστηριότητας στους τομείς της εμπορίας και ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων και των τουριστικών υπηρεσιών, αναζητά Car Rental Station Manager για τον σταθμό ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων στην περιοχή του αεροδρομίου στην Αθήνα.

Καθήκοντα

  • Διαχείριση καθημερινής λειτουργίας του σταθμού.
  • Συντονισμός ομάδας και οργάνωση στόλου οχημάτων.
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με υψηλά standards.
  • Παραλαβή/παράδοση οχημάτων και διενέργεια επιθεωρήσεων.
  • Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και πληρωμών.
  • Εξασφάλιση καθαριότητας και σωστής συντήρησης των οχημάτων.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs (αξιοποίηση στόλου, NPS, χρόνοι αναμονής).
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα HR για προσλήψεις και προγράμματα εργασίας.
  • Επίβλεψη συμμόρφωσης με πρότυπα ISO ή άλλες πιστοποιήσεις.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί.
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά).
  • Έγκυρο δίπλωμα οδήγησης κατηγορίας Β.
  • Εξοικείωση με MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων υπό πίεση.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, επαγγελματισμός και θετική στάση.
