Customer Care Agent

Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα εργάζεται με 5ημερη απασχόληση Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή 10:00-20:00 σε βάρδιες & 1 Σάββατο 10:00-18:00 ανά 3 εβδομάδες με το αντίστοιχο ρεπό εντός της εβδομάδας.

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων/leads για προσφορές και Test drive μέσω εξερχόμενων κλήσεων για υποψήφιους πελάτες μεγάλης αυτοκινητοβιομηχανίας
  • Να αντιληφθεί τις ανάγκες του πελάτη και να τον κατευθύνει στο σωστό path
  • Να πραγματοποιεί έρευνα ικανοποίησης αναφορικά με την εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης που είχε ο πελάτης τόσο τηλεφωνικά όσο και στα καταστήματα
  • Να πραγματοποιεί σποραδικά Mystery Calls με σκοπό την καταγραφή της απόδοσης των καταστημάτων σε χρόνους επίλυσης προβλημάτων και εξυπηρέτησης

Requirements

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
  • Πτυχίο Αγγλικής γλώσσας (επίπεδο lower και άνω)
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ & συστημάτων CRM
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση/εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Προϋπηρεσία στον κλάδο του Αυτοκινήτου θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες - πωλησιακές δεξιότητες επιθυμητές
  • Επαγγελματισμός και αξιοπιστία
