Η ομάδα μας μεγαλώνει και αναζητάμε Recruiter για τα κεντρικά μας γραφεία στο Κολωνάκι.

Τοποθεσία: Αθήνα

   Μοντέλο:  On-site

Ημέρες:  5νθήμερη, Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή

Ωράριο: 09:00-17:30

Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου

Θα αναλάβεις:

  • Την δημιουργία και δημοσίευση αγγελιών σε συνεργζόμενα job portals, social media και στο εταιρικό site
  • Τον εντοπισμό υποψηφίων μέσω εργαλείων sourcing (LinkedIn, πλατφόρμες εργασίας, networking κ.α.)
  • Την διεξαγωγή συνεντέυξεων και αξιολόγηση υποψηφίων για θέσεις διαφορετικών ειδικοτήτων
  • Την δημιουργία και διαχείριση βάσης υποψηφίων
  • Την παρακολούθηση KPIs προσλήψεων και συνεισφορά στη βελτίωση διαδικασιών

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
  • Προϋπηρεσία 1-2 έτη
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών θέσεων και προτεραιοτήτων
  • Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
