As a Jira Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing 's Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments.

You'll support multiple teams across the organization by managing projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules, enabling agile collaboration and efficient service delivery.

You will also ensure best practices in governance, security, and scalability - helping 's teams plan, execute, and deliver effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across multiple departments.
  • Design, configure, and optimize Jira workflows, fields, screens, and schemes to support both technical and business teams.
  • Develop and manage Jira Automations to streamline repetitive processes, notifications, and escalations.
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and groups to ensure proper access control and compliance with security standards.
  • Configure and maintain Jira Service Management projects, request types, SLAs, and queues to support internal service delivery.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for teams and management.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and uptime, including routine maintenance, cleanups, and upgrades.
  • Support integration between Jira, Confluence, and other enterprise tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Git repositories).
  • Provide training and documentation for end users and process owners.
  • Stay current with Atlassian platform updates and propose new features or optimizations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian Jira Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Jira configuration, including workflows, schemes, issue types, and permissions.
  • Proven experience with Jira Automations and Jira Service Management (project setup, SLAs, queues).
  • Solid knowledge of Confluence administration, including spaces, templates, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITSM, and change management principles.
  • Experience integrating Jira with UiPath, Power Automate, or other enterprise tools.
  • Understanding of data security, access control, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Atlassian Jira Administrator certification and familiarity with Atlassian APIs, ScriptRunner, or Insight/Assets.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
