Σκοπός της θέσης είναι η βελτιστοποίηση της παραγωγικής αποδοτικότητας και ποιότητας, μέσω της υλοποίησης στρατηγικών έργων και της εφαρμογής καινοτόμων πρακτικών και τεχνολογιών.

Κύρια καθήκοντα

  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων παραγωγής και εντοπισμός ευκαιριών βελτίωσης μέσω ανάπτυξης συστημάτων παρακολούθησης σε πραγματικό χρόνο
  • Διαχείριση νέων έργων (νέες γραμμές παραγωγής, νέα προϊόντα, εγκαταστάσεις)
  • Συντονισμός διεπιστημονικών ομάδων έργου (R&D, Τεχνική Υποστήριξη κ.λπ.)
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs και παρουσίαση αναφορών προόδου στη διοίκηση
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με πρότυπα ISO, HACCP, BRC
  • Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και προμηθευτές για την υιοθέτηση τεχνολογικών λύσεων
  • Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού σε εργαλεία βελτιστοποίησης και διαχείρισης αλλαγής
  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση νέων γραμμών παραγωγής ή προϊόντων
  • Αξιοποίηση σύγχρονων τεχνολογικών λύσεων για τη βελτίωση της παραγωγικής λειτουργίας
  • Καλλιέργεια κουλτούρας συνεχούς εξέλιξης και βελτίωσης σε όλη την οργανωτική δομή

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου/Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία 5+ έτη σε σχετική θέση
  • Εκπαίδευση ή πιστοποίηση σε μεθοδολογίες βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών
  • Άριστη γνώση εργαλείων Project Management
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Κριτική σκέψη
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
