Μηχανικό Η/Μ Κατεύθυνσης – Στέλεχος Διοικητικής Υποστήριξης Τμήματος BMS για το κατάστημα Αθήνας.

Απαραίτητα στοιχεία υποψηφίου:

  • Έλεγχος και συντήρηση πυροσβεστικών συγκροτημάτων και αντλιών
  • Συντήρηση και δοκιμές κατασβεστικών συστημάτων (πυροσβεστικές φωλιές, καταιονισμού, FM200, CO₂ κ.λπ.)
  • Κατασκευή και εγκατάσταση σωληνώσεων κατασβεστικών συστημάτων σε νέες ή υφιστάμενες εγκαταστάσεις
  • Τήρηση τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και διαδικασιών ασφαλείας
  • Συνεργασία με τεχνικούς άλλων ειδικοτήτων στο πλαίσιο έργων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Η/Μ Κατεύθυνσης
  • Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 1–3 ετών σε ρόλο διοικητικής υποστήριξης, ιδανικά σε τεχνική ή μηχανολογική εταιρεία
  • Ικανότητες Επικοινωνίας, Ομαδικής Εργασίας και Τηλεφωνικής Επαφής
  • Εχεμύθεια & Εμπιστευτικότητα
  • Έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Οργάνωση και σωστή διαχείριση προτεραιοτήτων
  • Μεθοδικότητα & συνέπεια

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παροχή διοικητικής και γραμματειακής υποστήριξης του τμήματος BMS
  • Υποστήριξη στην σύνταξη οικονομοτεχνικών προσφορών, τεχνικών αναφορών και παρουσιάσεων
  • Διαχείριση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων, τεχνικών φακέλων και αναφορών
  • Παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων συντήρησης, προσφορών και προμηθειών
  • Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση δεδομένων σε πληροφοριακά συστήματα (ERP, BMS software, κ.ά.)
  • Οργάνωση συναντήσεων, σύνταξη πρακτικών και επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές ή εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
  • Συνδρομή στη διαχείριση παραπόνων, αιτημάτων ή τεχνικών θεμάτων από άλλα τμήματα

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Εξοικείωση με τεχνική ορολογία που αφορά συστήματα BMS, HVAC ή ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εγκαταστάσεις
  • Γνώση ERP συστημάτων ή εργαλείων διαχείρισης έργων (π.χ. Softone, MS Project)
  • Εμπειρία συνεργασίας με τεχνικά τμήματα ή μηχανικούς
  • Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
