We are expanding As we create a
strategic export hub
 focused on 
Western & Central Europe for our flexible packaging inks division
, we're looking for an 
experienced and results driven Exports Sales Manager
 to lead and grow our operations across this region.

If you have a deep understanding of 
export sales, technical products and client development
, and you're ready to take full ownership of a key regional market, this could be your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Develop and execute the 
export sales strategy
 for Western & Central Europe

· Manage and expand relationships with 
existing clients and distributors

· Identify new business opportunities and lead 
key commercial negotiations

· Oversee full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

· Deliver 
quarterly business reviews
 and prepare 
technical presentations

· Work closely with cross-functional teams: 
Marketing, R&D, Logistics, Finance

· Monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and market trends

· Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation

· Represent the company at international 
trade shows and industry events

· Foster collaboration with Technical Sales and Customer Support teams

What We're Looking For:

· Degree in 
Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business related Degrees

· Minimum 
5 years of experience
 in international sales/export (preferably in 
Flexible Packaging and Chemicals Industry, Paper / Plastics Sector
)

· Proven success managing clients in 
Western Europe and/or Greece

· Strong network across regional distribution channels

· Fluent in 
English and Greek
; other European languages are a plus

· Regular 
travel
and leading projects across regions

· Strategic thinker with 
strong commercial acumen
 and cross-cultural awareness

· Skilled in Microsofts Office progams and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics
