Ο Όμιλος Εταιριών Σπυρίδη με δυναμική και πρωτοπόρα παρουσία στον τομέα της Ενέργειας, αναζητά ERP Consultant με τις εξής αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη χρηστών σε θέματα λειτουργίας και χρήσης ERP
  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων χρηστών μέσω τηλεφώνου ή email
  • Διάγνωση και επίλυση βασικών τεχνικών προβλημάτων
  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα εγκατάστασης και παραμετροποίησης ERP
  • Κατανόηση και ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών αναγκών πελατών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Πληροφορική, Οικονομικά ή Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία σε Pylon ERP
  • Βασικές γνώσεις SQL
  • Εμπειρία σε ERP ή/και POS συστήματα
