The role
We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer
to join our team and lead the creation of high-end animated content for campaigns, product launches, social media, and brand films. You will work closely with our creative director and account teams, from concept to final delivery, bringing ideas to life through strong visual storytelling and refined animation.
What you will do
- Conceptualise and design motion pieces for campaigns, social content, brand videos, explainers, and ads.
- Translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts, storyboards, and styleframes.
- Animate 2D and basic 3D assets, typography, and graphics with a strong sense of timing and composition.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to develop and refine ideas.
- Maintain a high standard of craft and consistency across all deliverables and brands.
- Guide and mentor more junior creatives when needed, providing feedback and direction.
- Stay up to date with motion trends, tools, and techniques and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What we are looking for
- 4–6+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally in an agency, studio, or production environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, commercial work, and high-quality animation.
- Excellent skills in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Experience with 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar) is a strong plus.
- Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing timelines and priorities.
