Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Motion Designer specialized in crafting dynamic visual content, skilled in 2D/3D animation & visual effects. Adapt at transforming complex ideas into engaging visuals for digital campaigns, video content and social media. Experienced in managing end-to-end production workflows, and deliver high-quality animations that elevate user experience and brand identity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role (portfolio/reel required).

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite.

• Ability to work from scripts and storyboards.

• Degree in Design, Animation or Visual Communication.

• Familiar 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) & AI Tools.

• Detailed and highly organized with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of sound design basics for motion pieces.

• Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation).

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.

• Optimize animations for different platforms and formats (social media, web, mobile, presentations, etc.).

• Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Edit and enhance video content

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time, while maintaining a high level of quality.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in motion design and video.
