Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Supervise and mentor a team of corporate travel agents, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Client Relations: Maintain and enhance client relationships by delivering exceptional travel experiences and addressing any client concerns promptly.
• Travel Coordination: Oversee the planning and booking of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Cost Management: Ensure cost-effective travel solutions that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to company budgets and policies.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage travel management software and tools to optimize booking processes and enhance client experiences.
• Problem Resolution: Handle complex travel issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and prepare regular reports on travel activities and expenses.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate travel management with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corporate travel management, travel booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus), and industry regulations.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to handle complex travel arrangements and resolve issues effectively.
