About the Role

We are seeking a skilled
Senior Flutter Developer
to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Your role will involve architecting robust app solutions, optimizing performance across iOS and Android platforms, implementing best practices for mobile development, and collaborating closely with design, backend, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mobile app development experience with 2+ years specifically in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale mobile applications and Flutter development strategies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Flutter framework including custom widgets, animations, and platform-specific implementations.
• Advanced state management experience with Bloc including complex app architecture patterns.
• Deep understanding of mobile security best practices, data encryption, and secure API integration patterns.
• Experience with comprehensive mobile testing strategies (unit tests, widget tests, integration tests) and establishing testing standards.
• Experience including conducting code reviews and driving technical architectural decisions.
• Experience with app store optimization, release management, and production app maintenance strategies.
• Advanced native platform integration skills (iOS/Android) with experience in platform channels and native module development.
• Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and mobile app analytics implementation.
• Strong backend integration experience (REST APIs, WebSocket) and offline-first app development approaches.
