En tant que
Conseiller Commercial B2B
, vous serez chargé daccompagner et de conseiller les clients professionnels afin de leur proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la satisfaction client et la croissance de lactivité, en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité dans vos interactions.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Contacter des clients potentiels par téléphone et par e-mail
  • Gérer et suivre votre portefeuille de clients avec rigueur
  • Conseiller les petites et moyennes entreprises sur les meilleures solutions à adopter
  • Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente personnalisées pour chaque client
  • Assurer un suivi commercial efficace et maintenir une excellente relation client
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour atteindre les objectifs fixés

Profil recherché :

  • Langues : Français natif et bon niveau danglais (B2 minimum)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Aisance au téléphone, écoute active et orientation client
  • Capacité à sadapter à différents types dinterlocuteurs
  • Esprit déquipe, rigueur et attitude proactive
  • Première expérience en vente ou en service client B2B souhaitée
