As an Oracle Database Administrator you will assist in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle databases.

Your role:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle databases.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues under supervision.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures using RMAN.
• Help implement security measures, user access controls, and compliance policies.
• Maintain documentation of database configurations and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with developers and system administrators to ensure database availability and reliability.
• Participate in database upgrades, patching, and migration activities.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database architecture and tools.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English (any other European language would be a plus).
• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM concepts.
• Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Knowledge of Oracle backup and recovery tools (RMAN).

• Certifications such as Oracle Database Foundations or OCA (Oracle Certified Associate) are a plus.

• This role may require flexibility, including shift-based work and on-call responsibilities, depending on operational needs.
