, is seeking to recruit a highly driven candidate for the following position:

Campaign Assistant - Interim Agent

Key Responsibilities


•Draft content for various communication outputs, including news, stories, social media posts, key messages, and scripts for videos and animations.


•Create and manage multimedia content such as podcasts, videos, teasers, infographics, and animations


•Draft content and manage social media accounts and campaigns


•Monitor campaign implementation and impact and prepare reports


•Support the planning and management of communication campaigns


•Contribute to maintaining the campaign's editorial calendar


•Assist in the development and management of the campaign website (Drupal)


•Support the organization of meetings and events


•Design graphics and visuals (Canva) and handle mobile video recording/editing

Qualifications


•University Degree in journalism, communications, social sciences, or related fields relevant to the role


•At least 3 years of proven professional experience in the tasks outlined in the job description


•Experience in digital communication (managing social media accounts, websites, multimedia content and campaigns) including drafting content for different platforms and in different formats


•Strong writing and editing skills in English, including storytelling and message crafting, as well as ability to adapt to different communications channels and outputs are essential.


•Solid planning and project management skills


•Ability to manage efficiently multiple parallel streams of communication work under tight deadlines


•Ability to work constructively as part of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team


•Proactivity and openness to acquire new knowledge and expertise
