Αναζητούμε έναν
Junior Mechanical Design Engineer
με ισχυρές δεξιότητες στο
SolidWorks
, που θέλει να συμμετάσχει από το μηδέν στη δημιουργία μιας νέας παραγωγικής μονάδας. Θα συνεργαστεί στενά με τον CEO (MSc Strategic Product Design) σε όλα τα στάδια: από το design και το prototyping, μέχρι την πιστοποίηση, το στήσιμο των μηχανημάτων και τη βιομηχανική παραγωγή.

Καθήκοντα


• Γρήγορη και ακριβής αποτύπωση σχεδιαστικών ιδεών σε
SolidWorks
.


• Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη νέων προϊόντων (CAD → Prototype → Certification).


• Συνεργασία στη δημιουργία διαδικασιών παραγωγής (laser cutting, bending, welding, painting, assembly).


• Monitoring και συνεχή βελτίωση των παραγωγικών διαδικασιών.


• Υποστήριξη στο στήσιμο και την εκπαίδευση σε νέα μηχανήματα (ρομποτικά και συμβατικά).

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα


• Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή συναφές.


• Πολύ καλή γνώση
SolidWorks
(3D modeling, assemblies, drawings).


• Καλή κατανόηση
σχεδιασμού για παραγωγή (DFM)
.


• Ικανότητα γρήγορης κατανόησης και υλοποίησης οδηγιών.


• Διάθεση για μάθηση, συνεργασία και εξέλιξη.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα


• Εμπειρία σε prototyping ή testing.


• Γνώση προτύπων/πιστοποιήσεων (CE, EN).


• Εξοικείωση με διαδικασίες συγκόλλησης, κατεργασίας μετάλλου ή βαφής.


• Γνώση Αγγλικών ή Γερμανικών ή άλλης βόρειας Ευρωπαϊκής γλώσσας.
