Main objectives

Do you want to use your broad knowledge of the M365 platform in having an impact in your day-to-day activities? Then we might have a tailor-made challenge for you

You will work in a client team and, together with your colleagues, will be the go-to person for all issues related to the digital workplace with regards to the M365 platform (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Onedrive, Entra ID, … . You will be managing the client's environment, taking part in an 24/7 on-call rotation, alongside the contribution you bring to projects and continuous improvement activities.

Since you know all the ins and outs of successful customer engagement, you will make a difference every day in unburdening the customers, while also developing yourself in this process.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the technical realizations and you perform the necessary installations and configurations
• You will handle tickets and changes as level 3 engineer
• You analyze the environment proactively with a critical perspective and you come up with the necessary suggestions for improvement
• You take part in different projects as the expert in your field
• You provide clear documentation of the delivered solution to the client as well as to your colleagues in order to ensure a flawless support for our clients
• You carry out the mission and philosophy of the department and encourage your colleagues and clients to follow these principles as well

Requirements

• You have a BSC or MSC and 5 years of experience in a similar function
• You have a passion for multiple technical areas and are not afraid to dive deeper into all the aspects of the M365 platform and it's components
• Entra ID Connect (setup, configuration also in multi-domain environments) & Entra ID (custom domains, permissions management, license management, Enterprise Applications/App Registrations - Automation - PHS-PTA-SSPR, MFA/Conditional Access,..) are part of your knowledge you can bring into projects.
• You have experience with tenant to tenant migrations using migration tooling (Sharegate, AvePoint, …) with a focus on data migrations to SharePoint , Teams & Onedrive. A good understanding of tenant to tenant migrations for mail is a plus.
• Experience with migrations from e.g. Google to M365 are a plus
• You have a good SharePoint Online knowledge and can handle technical migrations independently. Functional knowledge of SharePoint & custom development is a plus
• Exchange knowledge is a plus (including Exchange On Premises and Hybrid migrations)
• Being proactive comes natural to you, feeling comfortable in sharing feedbacks and ideas with the project manager, service manager, change manager and team leader
• You can work independently and feel comfortable with embracing new challenges as they arise
• You have a very strong hands-on mentality and analytical thinking skills; these are accompanied by your result-driven approach and your eye for quality and opportunities
• English B2 - Professional working proficiency
