Καθήκοντα:

  • Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή προτύπων και διαδικασιών καθαριότητας.

  • Επιθεώρηση δωματίων, κοινόχρηστων χώρων και χώρων εργασίας των εργαζομένων.

  • Επαφές με τα επιμέρους τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την εξασφάλιση της άμεσης εξυπηρέτησης.

  • Επίβλεψη στα αποθέματα λευκών ειδών, προμηθειών και στολών

διασφαλίζοντας ότι διατηρούνται τα απαραίτητα αποθέματα.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Τουριστικής Σχολής ή Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων.

  • 3 με 4 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχεία 4 ή 5 αστέρων.

  • Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας

  • Καλές γνώσεις χρήσης προγραμμάτων και επεξεργασίας στοιχείων σε ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή (EPITOME, WORD, EXCEL, κ.λπ.) που αφορούν το τμήμα του είναι απαραίτητες.

  • Προθυμία και ικανότητα για εργασία σύμφωνα με τις λειτουργικές ανάγκες του ξενοδοχείου.

  • Ικανότητα εργασίας κάτω από συνθήκες πίεσης.

  • Να διακατέχεται από αίσθημα ευθύνης, συνέπειας και δέσμευσης για το αποτέλεσμα.

  • Οργάνωση αγοράς ειδών καθαριότητας.

  • Τακτικές συναντήσεις με το προσωπικό του Housekeeping στοχεύοντας στην αποτελεσματική και ομαλή λειτουργία του τμήματος.

  • Διαχείριση για όλες τις πρωτοβουλίες καθαριότητας/πλυντηρίου στο ξενοδοχείο.

  • Παρακινεί το προσωπικό θέτοντας στόχους, παρέχοντας συνεχή ανατροφοδότηση και επιβραβεύοντας/αναγνωρίζοντας τους υπαλλήλους του τμήματος.

  • Διασφάλιση του υψηλότερου επιπέδου καθαριότητας με την αυστηρή εφαρμογή κατευθυντήριων γραμμών.
