SEO Manager
to help drive organic growth for both Ankor and the luxury brands we support.

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, highly strategic SEO Manager with deep experience attracting HNWIs and luxury consumers. Your mission: drive organic traffic growth to our customers' websites—sites that we design and build—while ensuring their digital presence reflects the exclusivity and excellence of the yachting industry.

You will lead SEO strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting across multiple high-profile clients. Your work will directly influence how UHNW / HNWI audiences discover the world's most prestigious yachts and charter experiences.

What You'll Do

SEO Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute sophisticated SEO strategies tailored to luxury clientele and HNWI acquisition.
  • Establish SEO frameworks and best practices across all Ankor-built websites.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis across global luxury sectors.

Technical & On-Page SEO

  • Perform full technical audits (site speed, mobile optimisation, core vitals, indexing, schema, etc.).
  • Oversee keyword strategies focused on high-intent, high-value luxury travel and yachting queries.
  • Ensure on-page SEO excellence: metadata, IA, internal linking, content structure.

Content & Authority Building

  • Work closely with our content and design teams to produce SEO-led, luxury-focused content that appeals to HNW audiences.
  • Develop backlink strategies with relevant high-authority, luxury-market publications.
  • Identify partnership opportunities to increase organic reach globally.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor SEO performance daily and build transparent, intuitive reporting dashboards for clients.
  • Track rankings, engagement behaviour, conversions, and ROI.
  • Use insights to continually refine and enhance organic performance.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO management, ideally in luxury travel, real estate, hospitality, yachting, or other HNWI-focused industries.
  • Proven success in driving measurable organic traffic growth from HNWI segments.
  • Strong command of technical SEO, content strategy, UX considerations, and conversion optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and digital expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value clients and communicate insights clearly.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Ability to work from Greece, Spain, Italy, Turkey, or South America.
