Η Epsilon Net, o μεγαλύτερος Όμιλος Business Software στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά HR & Payroll Software Consultant με εξειδίκευση σε εφαρμογές Μισθοδοσίας Δημοσίου για το τμήμα Υπηρεσιών & Υποστήριξης Εφαρμογών HRM.

Aρμοδιότητες:


• Διαχείριση νέων πελατών (Project Management), με στόχο την ένταξη τους σε παραγωγική χρήση της εφαρμογής.


• Παραμετροποίηση εφαρμογών, βάσει αναγκών των πελατών.


• Εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη πελατών Δημόσιου Τομέα (on-site or remote support).


• Συμμετοχή σε cross-functional ομάδες (συμβούλων/developers) για την διαχείριση σύνθετων έργων.


• Ανάλυση αναγκών και προδιαγραφών και σχεδιασμός προτάσεων υλοποίησης.


• Συνεργασία με το εμπορικό τμήμα για παρουσιάσεις των προσφερόμενων λύσεων σε υποψήφιους πελάτες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:


• Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.


• Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη προϋπηρεσία ως Σύμβουλος Εφαρμογών Μισθοδοσίας & Διαχείρισης Προσωπικού που αξιοποιούνται σε Φορείς Δημοσίου, ΝΠΙΔ, ΝΠΔΔ, ΔΕΚΟ.


• Γνώση μίας ή περισσότερων εφαρμογών μισθοδοσίας & HR που αξιοποιούνται στην Ελληνική αγορά.


• Άριστη γνώση εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας, που διέπει την μισθοδοσία του Δημόσιου Τομέα.


• Γνώση Εργατικής & Ασφαλιστικής Νομοθεσίας (ιδιωτικού τομέα).


• Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office και αγγλικής γλώσσας.


• Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πελατών και έργων.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:


• Γνώση SQL ή και Scripting, βάσεων δεδομένων και reporting tools.


• Kατανόηση βασικών αρχών αρχιτεκτονικής πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.
