Front Office Trainee

Responsibilities
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about our hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
