Your Role: 

For our Operations team, we are on the lookout for a Power BI Analyst — a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with a passion for transforming operational data into insights that drive smart, fast decisions. This role is pivotal in supporting daily business visibility, improving performance across our fleet and customer lifecycle, and enabling the teams to act based on clear, trusted metrics. The Power BI Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams (Fleet, CRM, Sales, Customer Support, Finance) and contribute to performance monitoring, reporting automation, and strategic analysis.

What you will need to do:

Operations & Performance Monitoring

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards to track KPIs across fleet usage, customer lifecycle, and delivery timelines.
• Create and update reporting for deal flow, vehicle status, and ticket volume, supporting day-to-day team visibility and execution.
• Surface early signals on delays, idle stock, churn risks, or operational inefficiencies through data.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Analyze trends in customer activity, car availability, deal stages, and lost reasons to guide continuous improvement.
• Provide ad-hoc deep dives into topics such as SKU utilization, downpayment behavior, or campaign conversion.
• Present findings in a clear, visual format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Data Management & Integration

• Combine datasets from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, Excel) to produce unified and consistent dashboards.
• Apply filters, measures, and drill-through logic using Power BI and DAX to support flexible, layered analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and freshness of source data, flagging anomalies and working with relevant owners.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Liaise with Operations, Fleet, Sales, and Finance teams to gather reporting needs and continuously improve dashboards.
• Train business users on self-serve dashboards and reporting tools.
• Contribute to data-driven culture by enabling access to real-time, actionable insights.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business/Data Analysis, ideally in an operational or commercial environment.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI (report building, data modeling, DAX).
• Proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and storytelling through data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
