Strategic Partners
is seeking,
on behalf of a major public utility organization within the wider public sector
, an experienced
HR professional
to support a comprehensive
digital transformation program
aimed at modernizing the organization's internal structures, processes, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and rollout of
    HR digital transformation projects
    , focusing on process optimization, system implementation, and organizational change.
  • Partner with leadership teams to align HR practices with transformation goals.
  • Contribute to the modernization of talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR roles, with proven involvement in transformation or change management projects.
  • Familiarity with digital HR systems (HRIS, analytics tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in
    regulated or public-interest organizations
    will be considered an asset.

Compensation & Work Environment:

The organization provides a
gross monthly salary ranging from €1,500 to €2,000
, under a
full-time employment contract
.
