Performance Marketing Team Leader

What you'll do:

  • Oversee key clients in the Greek market, ensuring performance goals are met, strategies align with their needs, and strong partnerships are built, while acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies across performance marketing channels (Search, Social, Display, Video), using insights to drive maximum impact.
  • Lead and mentor a Performance Marketing team, fostering skill development, optimizing performance, and creating a high-impact, growth-focused environment.
  • Track and assess campaign performance, conducting in-depth post-campaign analysis to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, experiment with new paid media channels, and contribute to business growth through strategic pitches and innovative marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with global and local teams to adapt strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across all functions.

What you'll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration (a Master's degree is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing platforms, GA4, advanced reporting, and attribution models, combined with strong Excel skills to analyze data and turn insights into impactful strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organization and listening skills.
  • Experienced in managing major accounts and confidently handling client-facing roles.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
