Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our Data & AI team and help build the next generation of our behavioral health data platform. You will design and maintain the data foundation powering our behavioral profiling engine, ML models, LLM-based agents, and BI dashboards.

This role combines data engineering, analytics architecture, and AI/LLM-ready data preparation. You will own key data pipelines across Azure (ADF, SQL, Power BI) and ensure data quality, scalability, and reliability across clinical and business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Platform

  • Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure (ADF, SQL, Blob, Functions).
  • Own and evolve Silver/Gold data layers and related APIs across DEV/PROD.
  • Ensure strong data quality, lineage, versioning, and monitoring.

Analytics, BI & AI Enablement

  • Design data marts and semantic models supporting Power BI, LLM inputs, and ML/agentic pipelines.
  • Optimize Power BI datasets (facts/dimensions, refresh, performance, visualization).
  • Prepare AI/LLM-ready datasets for profiling engines and ML workflows.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

  • Work with backend, data science, clinical, and product teams on production-ready data solutions.
  • Provide guidance on data modeling, performance, and scalable architecture.

Analytics & Governance

  • Support exploratory SQL/Python analysis when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, auditability, and medical device standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Certifications in data engineering, analytics, or ML/AI are a strong plus.
  • 3+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering roles.
  • Strong SQL, Python, and Azure experience.
  • Experience with orchestrators and APIs.
  • Power BI data modeling skills.
  • Familiarity with ML/LLM workflows.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and versioning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
