We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn and grow, with a strong interest in digital marketing and online engagement. You'll support the marketing team in delivering campaigns, managing content, and enhancing our online presence to attract and delight guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, PPC, etc.).
  • Help manage and update the company website and blog using a CMS.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics from website analytics, social media insights, and other marketing tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to create and develop high-impact marketing materials, including banners, videos, and promotional content for use in digital campaigns across various platforms.
  • Research digital trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
  • 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude.
