The Role

As a
Merchandiser
, you will support stock control, budgeting, and business planning across our fashion retail banners. You will play a critical part in ensuring we have the right products, in the right stores, at the right time — ultimately driving performance and profitability.

Your Mission in the Team

Planning & Analysis

• Analyze previous season sales data to support range planning and store assortments
• Contribute to sales forecasts, budgeting, and seasonal planning
• Create size ratios and stock allocations based on product performance and store needs
• Support the Buyers with decision-making through strong data insights

Stock Management & Trading

• Monitor weekly sales and stock performance at store and product level through our ERP
• Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending actions to maximize sell-through and reduce markdowns
• Check and manage replenishment, order books, and stock availability
• Assist in setting up and improving internal procedures related to stock flow, intake, and reporting

Team Collaboration & Process Building

• Work closely with Buyers and other departments to create efficient merchandising processes
• Help develop new structure and tools for stock management and planning
• Participate in store visits and feedback loops to improve future collections and allocations

What We Are Looking for in You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data analytics or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in stock management, planning, or merchandising in fashion retail, wholesale, or FMCG
• Strong analytical and numerical mindset
• Establishing report through our ERP
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Experience with ERP (Entersoft specifically is a plus)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and a strong analytical thinker
• Organized and proactive, with a desire to build and improve processes and problem solve
• Team player, able to communicate well across departments
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Passion for retail
