Used Cars Performance Manager

Our Used Cars team is seeking a Used Cars Performance Manager to join our team in Athens. In this position you will

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets for used cars.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
• Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring optimal stock mix and turnover.
• Analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer trends to adjust pricing and sales strategies.
• Support and coach the sales team to enhance performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that drive traffic and lead generation.
• Produce regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting results and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
• Organize & implement Training Sessions for Dealers & Sales Personnel.

About you

To be successful in this role you would need:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in the used car sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and strategic approach.
• Fluency in English language (verbal and written)
• Strong commitment to targets
