We are looking for a Pricing Analyst.

Our client is an international company in the Car Rental Industry, focused on improving customer journeys through flexible rental services.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize rental revenue across markets. By analyzing demand trends, competitor pricing, and fleet availability while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Pricing Analyst will help drive profitability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement promotional strategies to drive revenue growth across markets
  • Analyze inventory and demand flows to optimize fleet availability and rental performance
  • Prepare accurate revenue reports and performance analyses for senior management
  • Track and interpret competitor pricing and market trends to recommend pricing adjustments
  • Utilize all available revenue management tools, rental and reservation systems effectively
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to align pricing and availability strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in pricing analysis or revenue management, ideally within the car rental, travel, or hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent command of both Greek & English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
