Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an E-commerce Platform and Marketplace. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy assisting customers in a dynamic online shopping environment. As a representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers, helping them navigate the e-commerce platform and ensuring seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to e-commerce transactions, product availability, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
  • Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and exchanges while providing detailed information on shipping options and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and quick resolution
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery
  • Stay informed about current promotions, products, and trends in the e-commerce marketplace

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is desirable
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary
