Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and cleaning production machinery, maintaining strict sterility and cleanliness within the production environment, and completing production documentation in compliance with GMP standards.

You will play a vital role in ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes that contribute to delivering life-changing therapies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with batch manufacturing records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support in-process controls and collaborate with relevant personnel during manufacturing operations.
• Adhere to all General Procedures, Technical Instructions, and Health & Safety policies related to production.
• Maintain cleanliness and aseptic conditions within the production area.
• Accurately complete all required documentation in real time.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or aseptic production role
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in aseptic environments.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with operations such as:
• Powder vial filling machines
• Sterile manufacturing skids
• CIP/SIP systems
• Prefilled syringe operations
• Lyophilization equipment
