Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Surgical Rep, located in the Athens Metropolitan Area. The Hospital Surgical Rep will be responsible for engaging with medical professionals to promote and sell surgical products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with hospital staff, providing product demonstrations, attending surgeries to offer product support, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Surgical Hospital Sales and Sales roles
  • Knowledge of Medicine and surgical products
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory
  • Bachelor's degree in business, medical field, or related area is preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
