Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrub Nurse located in Athens. The Scrub Nurse will assist in various surgical procedures, prepare the operating room, and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available. They will work closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after surgery. The Scrub Nurse will also be responsible for maintaining sterile environments, handling surgical instruments, and providing support in orthopedic and general surgical procedures.
Qualifications
- Nursing skills, including patient care and clinical knowledge
- Proficiency in surgical procedures and Operating Room protocols
- Experience in Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, and Medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relevant nursing certification and licensure
- Experience in a pediatric hospital setting is a plus
