Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled React Application Developer with expertise in React and Electron to join our team. The role involves developing and maintaining our dispatcher client with a strong focus on optimizing performance and delivering an outstanding user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple windows and integrating native features using

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Electron.
  • Enhance and maintain the existing React codebase.
  • Manage communication between multiple windows and integrate native features using
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
  • Develop new features and functionalities based on user stories and product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure efficient data flow.
  • Implement and maintain real-time communication features.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct thorough code testing and debugging to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in react web development (React, Electron, ).
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of and native module integration.
  • Expertise in optimizing app performance.
  • Good in enhancing UI/UX.
  • Experience with real-time communication technologies and protocols.
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Understanding of desktop application security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of Git and version control systems.

Additional Skills (preferred):

  • React Native: Experience working with React Native for mobile client development.
  • Electron Performance Optimization: Proven experience in optimizing Electron applications for better performance and resource management.
  • Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with automated testing tools like Jest.
  • Networking Knowledge: Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and networking concepts for optimizing real-time communication features.
  • Scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies for development and deployment.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
