Your Responsibilities-
Provide efficient and accurate support to German-speaking customers.

Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.

Document customer interactions and maintain data accuracy.

Contribute to a high standard of service quality and reliability.

Native or C2 level in German (written and spoken).

B2+ level in English for internal communication.

No prior experience required comprehensive training is provided.

Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Motivated to relocate to Greece for a stable and rewarding role, or already based in Greece.

Valid work permit in Greece or EU Citizenship.
