This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist at Airio Athens Suites.

The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.

The role entails welcoming guests, answering and directing phone calls, providing information and assistance, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications

  • Phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
