Urban Soul Project is seeking a talented and driven Architect for Site Supervision to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Greece's leading architectural firms, known for delivering high-end, design-led projects across a diverse portfolio.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site supervision of architectural and interior design projects during construction. You will inspect the site works in accordance with the approved study, resolve day-to-day technical issues, and ensure that project quality and timelines are met. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential, as the role involves direct collaboration with design team, contractors, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of architectural and interior projects on site
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards
  • Resolve on-site construction and technical issues
  • Monitor compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Report regularly to the design team and project managers

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate professional experience
  • At least 3 years of on-site supervision experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and site coordination experience
  • Familiarity with high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects is a plus
  • Driver's license
  • Owning a car will be considered as a plus
  • The role requires critical thinking and the ability to self-organize
