• ole:Manage the end-to-end change process (normal, standard, and emergency chang
• es).Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure timely review and approval of change reque
• sts.Evaluate change requests for risk, impact, and resource requireme
• nts.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure change readiness and proper communicat
• ion.Ensure that changes are implemented on schedule, within scope, and with minimal disrupt
• ion.Maintain and improve the Change Management process, policies, and documentat
• ion.Collaborate with Release Management, Configuration Management, and Incident Management te
• ams.Monitor and report on change success rates, backout plans, and post-implementation revi
• ews.Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standa
• rds.Manage the release calendar and coordinate release activit
• ies.Ensure releases align with client objectives and expectati
• ons.Follow-up on all IT incidents reported by us
• ers.Ensure that incidents are resolved within the defined service level agreements (SLAs) and keep stakeholders informed about the status of incide
• nts.Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address underlying causes of recurring incidents or problems to prevent future occurrences and improve overall service reliabil

• file:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related f
• ield.Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or SAFe Program Consultant (
• SPC).7+ years of experience in IT project/programme manage
• ment.Proven experience (5+ years) in Change, Release, Problem and Incident Management within IT service environm
• ents.ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) certification requ
• ired.Strong understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Rem
• edy).Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT progra
• mmes.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, S
• AFe).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management sk
• ills.Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smarts
• heet.Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relations
• hips.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication sk
• ills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environ
