Category Manager

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υπεύθυνος στην διαμόρφωση της σύνθεσης, της ποικιλίας των προϊόντων των κατηγοριών ευθύνης του, με στόχο τη βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας και την ικανοποίηση των αναγκών των πελατών

  • Υπεύθυνος για το επίπεδο τιμών για τα προϊόντα της κατηγορίας ευθύνης του, τόσο σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό, όσο και την επίτευξη της εταιρικής εμπορικής πολιτικής

  • Διαπραγμάτευση με σκοπό τη βελτίωση των όρων προμήθειας

  • Ενημερώνεται για τα διαθέσιμα αποθέματα των προϊόντων της κατηγορίας ευθύνης του με σκοπό τη διατήρηση των προβλεπόμενων επιπέδων επάρκειας

  • Συμμετέχει στη διαμόρφωση και την τήρηση του πλανογράμματος στις κατηγορίες ευθύνης του
  • Υπεύθυνος για το σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση του προωθητικού πλάνου ενεργειών της κατηγορίας ευθύνης του
  • Αναζητεί νέους προμηθευτές, με σκοπό τη βέλτιστη απόδοση της κατηγορίας
  • Στενή παρακολούθηση όλων των βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης πωλήσεων, αγορών και μικτής κερδοφορίας και έγκαιρη παρέμβαση, όπου παρατηρούνται αποκλίσεις από τον προϋπολογισμό.
  • Διαμόρφωση της στρατηγικής των κατηγοριών λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν τις τάσεις του εξωτερικού περιβάλλοντος και την γενικότερη εταιρική στρατηγική.
  • Στενή συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα Merchandising, Marketing, & Πωλήσεων για το σχεδιασμό και το συντονισμό των εταιρικών ενεργειών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ κατά προτίμηση στα Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Επιθυμητός Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος
  • Εμπειρία 2 - 4 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε εταιρία καταναλωτικών, Retail ή product management / procurement management
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Καλή επιχειρηματική αντίληψη με έμφαση στην αναλυτική ικανότητα και καλή αντίληψη της αγοράς τροφίμων
  • Αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες με έμφαση στις ικανότητες διαπραγμάτευσης και επιρροής
  • Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και κίνητρο για συνεχή μάθηση και βελτίωση
  • Ομαδικότητα και συνεργασία
