, you'll lead the vision, tools, and people that transform raw data into business-critical insights, helping us better understand our players and maximize the impact of our leading brands. What You'll Do:

·      Lead the Analysis and Business Intelligence function, setting the vision and strategy for data across the business.

·      Transform complex datasets into actionable business insights that support growth and efficiency.

·      Develop dashboards, reporting, and predictive models that drive decision-making.

·      Collaborate (locally and globally) with senior management and stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to provide insights, direction and identify opportunities.

·      Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.

What You Bring:

·      Graduate or postgraduate
degree in analytics, data science, Business, or related field

·      Proven experience in a senior Data Analytics, BI or Data Science leadership role.

·      Strong knowledge of Analytics and BI tools and technologies (e.g. Power BI, Snowflake, MicroStrategy, Optimove).

·      Strategic thinking with the ability to influence at executive level.

·      Commercial
expertise
and the ability to connect data with business impact.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

·      Experience in online gaming, e-commerce, or similarly fast-paced industries.
