Περίληψη Ρόλου

Ο Presales Engineer διαδραματίζει βασικό ρόλο στην τεχνική και εμπορική κάλυψη της διαδικασίας της πώλησης και της εξυπηρέτησης των διαφόρων αιτημάτων που λαμβάνονται για τα προϊόντα. Είναι αρμόδιος για την απευθείας επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες, τη διαμόρφωση τεχνοοικονομικών προτάσεων και την υποστήριξη στις πωλήσεις των στενά συνεργαζόμενων ομάδων, όπως η ομάδα του Business Development. Επιπλέον στις αρμοδιότητές του περιλαμβάνονται η στενή συνεργασία με συνεργάτες του δικτύου συνεργατών, η καθοδήγηση αυτών σε τεχνικά και εμπορικά θέματα και η προώθηση των πωλήσεων. Επίσης αναλαμβάνει την σχεδίαση και την τεχνοοικονομική διαμόρφωση προτάσεων που αφορούν σε ειδικά projects που αναλαμβάνει η εταιρεία.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

· Αναλαμβάνει την απευθείας πώληση προϊόντων

· Υποστηρίζει τεχνικά την ομάδα business development, τους συνεργάτες και τους πελάτες πριν/κατά την διαδικασία της πώλησης

· Αξιοποιεί εργαλεία και μεθοδολογίες του τμήματος ώστε να πραγματοποιεί μελέτες (διαστασιολόγηση/οικονομική/τεχνική μελέτη) για εφαρμογή συστημάτων ενεργειακής αυτονομίας

· Διαμορφώνει οικονομικές πρόσφορές και εμπορικές προτάσεις, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες και το εμπορικό πλαίσιο της εταιρείας

Αναπτύσσει/Συμμετέχει στην ανάπτυξη κατάλληλων εργαλείων μελετών

· E
κπoνεί οικονομοτεχνικές μελέτες για ενεργειακά συστήματα φωτοβολταϊκών και συστημάτων αποθήκευσης

· Έχει
τεχνική κατάρτιση σε προϊόντα αυτοπαραγωγής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας όπως υβριδικοί Inverters, μπαταρίες, έξυπνα συστήματα ενεργειακής διαχείρισης

· Συνεργάζεται με την ομάδα μηχανικών για την ανάπτυξη, την προσαρμογή και την βελτίωση προϊόντων και λύσεων

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

· Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού

· 2-3 χρόνια εμπειρία σε ανάλογα projects

· Βασικές ηλεκτρολογικές εγκαταστάσεις

· Μελέτες συστημάτων ΑΠΕ

· Προγραμματισμός και Ανάπτυξη κώδικα και εργαλείων

· Net Metering

· ICT Literacy

· Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
