We are introducing a new role to our Corporate Finance department: FPA Lead. This position will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all group financial data, both actuals and forecasts. The role serves as a key business partner to Group Finance teams and Group Functions, while also leading and engaging capable teams effectively. By establishing the FPA Lead role, we aim to strengthen accountability and drive performance metrics across the organization.

IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Prepare the team to achieve excellence through support, guidance, and encouragement.

o You will act as a mentor by coaching and developing the talents within the team.

o You will implement actions that enhance team engagement and motivation.

o You will cultivate talent through on-the-job training and regular feedback sessions.

o You will ensure the existence of a development plan for personnel and succession planning.

  • You will ensure the accuracy of all set of financial data (actuals, RE/BP/PF).
  • You will manage the Business plan, Rolling estimate, LRP, & TLG process across all corporate offices.
  • You will demonstrate strategic thinking and proactive business partnering while communicating with Group Functions & Group Finance teams (Group FPA, Treasury, Finance Managers etc.), supporting cost management, FCF growth and contingency/mitigation planning.
  • You will support culture innovation through change management, sharing best practice and improving cost competitiveness on group level.

YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (consolidation of data, variance analysis, business partnering with senior stakeholders, budgeting and forecasting, scenario planning)
  • Knowledge in accounting, controlling and cash flow management
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing a team
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Excel as a must
  • Knowledge of Power BI, BPC preferred
  • Relevant certification would be an asset
