We are currently looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team in Athens, starting January 2026.

This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional who wants to build hands-on experience in account management, client communication and marketing execution, while developing strong foundations in both traditional and digital marketing.

Role Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing operations, act as a point of contact for assigned accounts, and assist in the execution of marketing and digital actions. The role offers exposure to real client projects and close collaboration with the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of client accounts and daily communication with customers
• Assist in the execution of marketing actions across digital and offline channels
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities
• Prepare reports, presentations and marketing materials
• Support digital marketing activities (social media, campaigns, online content, reporting)
• Monitor timelines and ensure proper follow-up on agreed actions
• Assist with market research and collection of insights
• Provide administrative and operatioal support to the Marketing team

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Coordination or similar role, preferably from FMCG industry
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, both traditional and digital
• Strong willingness to learn, evolve and grow within the marketing field
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and client-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Very good command of the English language (written & spoken)
