Στο πλαίσιο της ενίσχυσης της ομάδας διαχείρισης έργων, η Worth Constructions αναζητά
Construction Site Manager
(Ηλεκτρολόγο Μηχανικό ή Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό )
για την επίβλεψη, συντονισμό και τεχνική υποστήριξη των Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων σε ενεργά εργοτάξια.

Ο/η υποψήφιος/α θα έχει καθοριστικό ρόλο στο πεδίο, διασφαλίζοντας την εφαρμογή των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, τη σωστή εκτέλεση των εργασιών βάσει χρονοδιαγράμματος και την εύρυθμη επικοινωνία μεταξύ των ομάδων έργου, των προμηθευτών και των τεχνικών διευθύνσεων της εταιρείας.

Κύρια Καθήκοντα:

  • Παρακολούθηση & έλεγχο των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εργασιών
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και μελέτες
  • Τήρηση προγράμματος εργασιών και αναφορά απαιτήσεων
  • Επίβλεψη εγκατάστασης, δοκιμών και παραδόσεων εξοπλισμών
  • Έλεγχο ποιότητας και διαχείριση αλλαγών (change orders)
  • Επικοινωνίες με υπεργολάβους και μηχανικούς εργοταξίων για διευκρινίσεις και επίλυση προβλημάτων καθ΄ όλη τη διάρκεια κατασκευής
  • Επιμετρήσεις εργασιών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ)
  • Τουλάχιστον 3–5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε εργοτάξιο (κτιριακά, βιομηχανικά ή υποδομές)
  • Άριστη γνώση AutoCAD & MS Office (Excel)
  • Εμπειρία σε HVAC, Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεις, δίκτυα νερού–αέρα–θέρμανσης θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, υπευθυνότητα και προσανατολισμός στην επίλυση προβλημάτων

 
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε έργα EPC ή βιομηχανικά έργα
  • Γνώση μεθοδολογιών QA/QC και ISO διεργασιών
