Position:
Production Line Supervisor

Reporting to:
Plant Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire production line.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Train and guide production staff on machine operation, food safety protocols, and quality control.
• Monitor raw material and packaging quality during production and report any deviations.
• Implement and maintain the HACCP system and other food safety standards in the production process.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
• Oversee production records.
• Maintain records related to production and any deviations from standardized procedures.
• Collaborate with management for production planning to meet demands and deadlines.
• Manage personnel or operational issues to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
