What You 'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and optimize programs for Screen Printing Machine, Solder Paste Inspection Machine, Laser Marking Machine, SMT pick-and-place machine, Reflow Oven Machine and Automated Optical Inspection Machine to ensure seamless operation of these machines, optimizing the production flow, and ensuring the quality of the printed circuit boards.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
  • Work with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and resolve any potential issues prior to production.
  • Suggest improvements in production processes, equipment, and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with other operators and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow across the production line.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly and assist in problem-solving efforts.
  • Follow safety procedures and work within a clean and organized environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • TEI, and/or IEK – Technical High School (Electronics) graduates.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Previous experience in a relevant subject is necessary and considered an additional qualification, mainly for IEK – Technical School graduates.
  • Completed military service for male applicants.
