Περιγραφή Θέσης:

O/Η Bartender είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ορθή και ομαλή λειτουργία του bar, διασφαλίζοντας την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του ξενοδοχείου. Θα καλωσορίζει τους επισκέπτες και κατανοώντας τις προτιμήσεις τους θα παρασκευάζει cocktails και ποτά πολλαπλών παραλλαγών ακολουθώντας τους βασικούς κανόνες δοσολογίας και ασφάλειας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Λήψη και εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα.

  • Σύνθεση και συνεχής ενημέρωση του menu.

  • Καλή διαχείριση των αποθεμάτων.

  • Εφαρμογή όλων των κανόνων ασφάλειας.

  • Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες / κάλυψη εξατομικευμένων αναγκών.

  • Διαχείριση πιθανών παραπόνων και άμεση εξάλειψή τους.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας ως Bartender, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον.

  • Γευσιγνωστική προσέγγιση/μέθοδοι και τεχνικές ανάμιξης.

  • Εμπειρία στην παρασκευή Cocktails (Whiskey cocktails, Rum cocktails, Gin cocktails, Vodka cocktails, Tequila cocktails, Brandy cocktails κ.λπ.).

  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (σε προφορικό επίπεδο). Η γνώση δεύτερης και τρίτης ξένης γλώσσας θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαιτέρως.
